Liverpool FC start the league game with a 2-1 win over Aston Villa.
Great to see new boys Fernando Torres and Ryan Babel in action. Although Torres misses a few chances, he had shown some promising touches, movements and threats. Oh, and he had a pair of fast feet too! Babel is another flying man. Well, lets hope the young Spainard and the Dutch boy could clinch as much silverwares as they can for the Reds!
Btw, Gerrard's right-foot freekick is a wonder goal. A furious dipping goal that curl into the top corner!
